Phone technician acknowledged it was showing error & unresponsive, but it had to be "declared" an outage. Cox sucks!

Jim, have you considered DISH Network for TV? As a DISH customer and employee I know that DISH offers lower prices than Cox, and a better selection of HD channels. I highly suggest that you compare the two and see for yourself.
